The Sunshine Vitamin!

The sun is the greatest source of healing power. We are electric beings that are charged & ruled by the sun. The sun is actually what gives life to our DNA!

Vitamin D (it actually is not a vitamin- it is a hormone!) is a crucial ingredient for overall health; protects against inflammation, lowers high blood pressure, helps muscles, improves brain function and may even protect against cancer.


It is critically important for our IMMUNE SYSTEM!


It is key to get 15-30 minutes of unprotected sunshine exposure a day. NO commercial sunscreen-which is HIGHLY toxic! You never want to get to the point of burning though and it is best to get morning sun or late afternoon sun when it is less harsh.
