Sunflower Smoothie!

This Sweet Spring Sunflower Smoothie is topped with local raw Colorado wildflower honeybee pollen๐Ÿ!

SUNFLOWER SEEDS: are a nutritional powerhouse packed with 6 grams of protein per serving, Vitamin E (in the form of alpha-tocopherol which combats oxidative damage in cells), Selenium, Silica (strengthens your hair!), Copper, folate, Pantothenic acid, and even Zinc (immune support!) to name a few! ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ๐ŸŒž

BEE POLLEN: is considered one of natureโ€™s most perfect foodsโ€ฆ there are about 250 substances in pollen including all essential amino acids, B complex vitamins (thiamine, niacin, riboflavin, pyridoxine, pantothenic acid, folic acid & biotin), Vit A & D, lipids, flavonoids, etc ! Consuming local pollen can also help with mild local seasonal allergies! - 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (salt roasted or raw)

- 2 frozen bananas

- 1 tablespoon raw local honey or 2 organic dates, optional

- Sprinkle of raw local honey bee pollen

- Add ice & water to achieve desired consistency & sprinkle a few granules on top
