SUNFLOWER SEEDS: are a nutritional powerhouse packed with 6 grams of protein per serving, Vitamin E (in the form of alpha-tocopherol which combats oxidative damage in cells), Selenium, Silica (strengthens your hair!), Copper, folate, Pantothenic acid, and even Zinc (immune support!) to name a few! 🌞🐝🌞
BEE POLLEN: is considered one of nature’s most perfect foods… there are about 250 substances in pollen including all essential amino acids, B complex vitamins (thiamine, niacin, riboflavin, pyridoxine, pantothenic acid, folic acid & biotin), Vit A & D, lipids, flavonoids, etc ! Consuming local pollen can also help with mild local seasonal allergies! - 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon raw local honey or 2 organic dates, optional
- Sprinkle of raw local honey bee pollen
