Coconut Chia Parfait

This tropical chia parfait is a super healthy but super special sweet treat! 🤍💛❤️

Ingredients:
- 1 can all natural organic coconut milk (no guar gum!)
- 2-3 T organic hia seed
- 1 T real maple syrup
- 1 heaping tsp of organic vanilla
- organic fruit (blueberries, strawberries, banana, pineapple)
- toasted coconut flakes or unsweetened coconut shreds **AMAZON DANG CHIPS)
Directions: - Put the coconut milk, maple, & vanilla into a high speed blender & blitz until it’s extra creamy & custardy! click HERE for my #1 fav blender! It is truly a must have!
- Mix the blended liquid with the chia seeds in an airtight container & set for a few hours or overnight in the fridge.
- Serve in a cool glass layered with organic blueberries, organic strawberries, diced bananas, chopped pineapple, & toasted coconut chips!
Can even sprinkle on hemp seeds & cinnamon💯
Makes a few servings- don’t just eat this all in once!
