These slightly sweet bars whip up in a jiff with ingredients you probably have on hand & stay good in the fridge all week & keep even longer in the freezer ! Feel free to use whatever nut/seed butter you want- next time Iām definitely going to make this crunchy sunflower seed butter!

Even though they contain a healthy sources of monounsaturated fat, enjoy these in small portions & in moderation! Almond Flour is high in protein, manganese, vitamin E,magnesium, & it has a low glycemic index & is gluten free!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup organic & Gluten Free Quick Oats! click HERE for my fav brand!
3/4 cup organic almond flour
1/2 cup organic peanut butter (or nutbutter/sunflower seeds butter)
1/4 cup real maple syrup
Splash of organic vanilla + pinch sea salt + optional sprinkle of cinnamon
About 1 cup melted dairy free dark chocolate- click HERE for the brand I used
Combine the oats, almond flour, peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl. Transfer mixture to a lined 8x8 dish (or I just used a load pan) and really firmly pat down (I used a cup to really pack it down)ā¦
Pour the slightly melted chocolate evenly over the base & let set in fridge/freezer before cutting into small squares!
I try & make it a little healthier by serving these with a dose of juicy fresh fruit like oranges but raspberries would be amazing on the side of these too! šššš
