This bright PINK shake is good for your blood and muscles thanks to this powerful veggie! Beets are packed with anti-inflammatory phytonutrients, such vulgaxanthin, betanin, and isobetanin. The greens have protein and more iron than spinach, as well as vitamin K, B6, magnesium and potassium!

Juice Plus is truly the only protein shake I use! Juice plus is whole food based shake mix is high in plant protein, gluten free, Non GMO, low glycemic, vegan, & high fiber!

  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder @ Juice Plus complete

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 small scrubbed organic local beet from the farmers market, including the greens!
