Organic potatoes, especially dark colored ones have a lot of health benefits๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿด

Fingerlings are an excellent source of vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine. B6 plays many important roles in the production of red blood cells, liver detoxification, &

maintenance of the brain and nervous system!


Fingerlings have:

  • Vitamin C

  • Potassium

  • Carbohydrates (potatoes are healthy natural carbs!!!- not like unhealthy processed carbs!)

  • Protein

  • Fiber

  • Vitamin B6

  • Iron

โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”

Toss sliced local fingerlings into either coconut or avocado oil & season generously with salt & pepper & fresh rosemary! Air Fry or roast in the oven until super crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside!
